Which Nuvite II steps for new and 50 yr old 2024 T3 ?

This has GOT to be an often asked question, but I could not find anything recently.

I am refurbishing a 1963 Bambi. I have replaced one panel with new 2024 T3, and near as I can tell, the other panels don't seem to have never been polished.

Of the 6 grades of Nuvite II available at VTS, those that have polished a 196X, which stages would be recommended for the original panels, and which ones for the new panel ?

A Bambi is 16', what quantities ?

You can use the "C" on both the old & new panels, it'll just take a couple more passes with the compounder on the old panels to cut through the oxidation. Then "C" with a Cyclo and finally "S" with the Cyclo. If you have really stubbon sections on the old panels, you can start with "G6", followed by "C" in the compounding stage - it just depends on your trailer.

I would say you will need to start with 1 lb of each "C" and "S".
