What I Used
I just finished removing the failing clear coat, yeah I know that's really not what it is. I used the Redi-Strip Pro remover in the picture. Purchased at Menard's in West Bend, Wi for $24.98/gal. Needed 3 gals to due 25' AS with almost 1/2 gal left over. This is the type of stripper you put on and walk away from for 1 to 8 hours. Bio degradable.
Really nice to work with. No fumes. Easy to control brush application. Some areas did require repeat application. Washed it off with a $5 yard sale electric pressure washer.
The only advice I would have is do not waste your time or money trying to use it under 50 degrees. I tried to take advantage of an overcast day to do it, and it just won't work.
Attached pic of it at work on my trailer.
Now it on to the removal of the failing vinyl stripes
