My Grandmother used to spray it on her arthritic knee and then wrap it in saran wrap. She claimed that it really helped with the stiffness and pain.

I use it for everything. Works great on chains, the entire hitch assy and best of all, it really does the job on rock guards for the Airstream. I tried waubernize on the rock guards and what a mess.

Safari 28,
Good idea about the rockguards. I tried Walbernizer once too.... ugh! We used stainless steel polish the last time we treated them, but the WD40 might be easier/quicker.

Rumour has it that it's a wonderful laxitive, too.
