Walbernize cleaner and glaze used for..?

hello all,

The Airstream store sells Walbernize cleaner. In the product description it states: can be used on chrome and glass, then it goes on to say "not recommended for use on clearcoats." It's my understanding that all of the new trailers are clearcoated. What is Walbernize referring to? Should we not use it?

I used my boat wash on the trailer this spring and waxed with Turtle Wax carnuba wax.

Thanks for any feedback,

yakman

The Walber-stuff that I got from the dealer is just taking up space on the shelf.

I use this and am happy with the results.

I read the same thing and didn't use it after purchasing from the dealer. Took it back and service guy said they sell tons of it. Told him they ought to read whats on the label. Not willing to take chances. plenty of good products out there.

Airstream Service Center and Store carries Walbernize but recommends this one from their Store. I like it as well.
