Just so you know..
PH is measured on a scale of 0 to 14. A pH of 7 is neutral, a pH level above 7 indicates alkalinity, and pH levels of less than 7 indicate acidity.

From that quote it looks like I didn't pass spelling class either

I wasn't sure but I thought 7 was neutral. Thanks for the heads up.

No, no polishing here yet, but I'm considering taking advantage of these cool cloudy days to get started. At least I won't have to worry about the skin being too hot, and we do occasionally have days without rain. At the very least I want to repolish the ends to remove the sticky gunk from the old numbers and get my new numbers put on before next season.

A couple weeks ago Silver Eagle mentioned that he would be interesed in selling to forum members. I would definitely be interested in utilizing this product to clean up my 31' trailer. Does the offer still stand? Did someone state that it took 3 bottles to completely finish a 31' trailer? Mine is another one with the clearcoat flaking off. Maybe it will require additonal ss to cut thru the clear coat.

Southern Shine for Sladew

Yes, I just got the order of SS in and if you would like to purchase some I will be happy to get some to you. I bought two cases of 32 ounce containers and have received one case so far.
Let me know how much you want. I will be charging my cost plus shipping/handling.
Just shoot me an email off the list with your address.
Best,
JB

Silver Eagle, please check your private messages. Boltos has sent you a message asking how to order a few bottles, but has not received a reply from you. Thanks.

You know I know very little about polishing, but I saw some photos recently of a person that has been using it on a 70s Airstream with great results.

Thumbs up Looking good!

What technique(s) are you using to apply the SS?

You don't know how lucky you are to be able to do this inside!

Keep it up!
