repairing scratches in new 2008 Safari

We have scratches in our 2008 Safari. They are from White Thorn Acacia trees in Calif. I wonder if there is a way to eliminate them? I did wash and wax her with the recommended WByam wax and they seemed to disappear but as she has gotten dirty again they have become more visible.
Is there a coating or a simple fix (with more waxing)?
Many thanks, DC

The clear coat is almost like paint waxing just mask the scratch. You can polish the clear the same way you would paint just know its thin and not forgiving.

I just scratched my 2007 25 FB International on rose bushes while visiting a campsite in Marble, Colorado. I got most of the scratches out using Turtle Wax Scratch and Swirl Remover. You should be able to get it at any auto parts store. I also used the Walbernize RV Super Seal Wax available at the Airstream.com Store. I had to give the scratches about 3 coats to totally eliminate them.
Good Luck!

I have found Malco Tru-Grit polish to be vey effective in removing scatches in automotive finishes. As a rule of thumb - if you can catch the scratch with your finger nail, you won't be able to completely remove it. This Malco Tru-Grit although intended for use with a buffer works very well with just a little elbow grease. The "secret" abrasive is hard and very small so it polishes to a very high gloss with minimal swirling.
