What color is the paint that goes on the very bottom panels where the steps are? It looks like some color of dark gray. I wanted to know for sure. What kind of paint do I use to paint the aluminum with? What color is the exterior stripe is it two different shades or one color? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the stipes / decals around the mid-riff of the trailer or the vinyl rub rails?

It is the decal that goes around the middle of the trailer and around the back and has airstream in decal on back.

Benjibraxton,
You can get that decal at Out Of Doors Mart too. Just do a search on their site for strip or decal. Word of caution, taking the old decals off is not easy and is time consuming. Plus the new decals can be a little expensive.
