explaination

For some who don't know the technique used here....the last coat of polish residue is left on until all compounding and polish is done. Then the entire skin is hand cleaned to remove the black and smudges still there. When that is done the shine "POPS."

Hmmmm. Our kit didn't come with a yellow wheel and green rouge bar.............you must have the advanced kit!

Seriously, I thought I was to wipe it all down with mineral spirits between every different color bar. I can see I need to go back reread the instructions. When you say "hand cleaned", are you referring to wiping down with mineral spirits?

I don't know how you move along so quickly with those bars!! And especially knowing you are working in a furnace!

Senora Crumpeta ~ Sir Robin is behind the camera silly girl. The "huff & buff" resumes tomorrow (Monday, 7/28). The polish may be completed towards the end of next week, more than likely sometime early the following week. When Francisco is finished, it will be so shiney we'll try to reflect some sunshine toward Middle England to burn thru the famous English overcast.

A tatoo? A Mexican cutie? How'd it get there? Tequila involved ? Naww - Must have been those turkey sandwiches.

Life's Good.

Day 3 begins.

Back on it.

Tell Lili and Hans that if the new addition is to be left in the USA over the Winter.....Texas is warmer (no freeze) and drier..(no water leaks) and I can have it all polished up for a Spring (April) trip.
