Polishing Woes

I thought I was done polishing one side of my airstream but I have these swirl marks EVERYWHERE! I'm super afraid that I burned through the alclad but I'm super hoping you guys say no and know how to fix this. I noticed it when I was using F9 but thought it would go away when I went to C. I don't know if I pushed to hard or used the wrong amount of polish but I'm hoping it's not permanent. I'm following the method that Hoffarc suggests but maybe I need more passes of Grade C. He only does one before going to the cycle so that's what I did. Should I have done F7 between F9 and C or did I just need to do C until these are gone and then go to the cyclo with S? Any help is greatly appreciated.

F9 to C is a big jump. I'd try to go to G with a wool pad, then to the C if needed. Finish with S and the Cycle. It does not look like a catastrophe to me.
