Polish Wheel

I have not used the Mother's polishing tool but rather a simple home made device. Simply take any generic ShamWow cloths and cut them into 6" squares, use an awl to poke a hole in the center of the cut cloths and mount them onto a threaded rod with a couple of fender washers. I usually stack between 10 and 15 squares. These last a long time and can be washed if you like. It doesn't hurt to take the cloths off and reverse them for more even wear. I use the same technique with scotch brite pads to remove rust or paint from metal or wood.

Works good, last a long time and very reasonable.

That's a good suggestion.

I use Mother's and the Power Ball religiously and get great results on the original wheels. Here's a pic of one done vs the other not done...it took me less than 5 minutes to do the wheel, btw.

That's a pretty dramatic change. Looks very good!
