Past the Point of No Return

This weekend I did a test polish on one panel. It is just a "quick" first cut, but I am now committed to polishing. I used Heavy Metal red and a Harbor Freight polisher. Attached is the result .

Now it's goona hurt . There is no going back so unless you want it to look part way done you just have to finish it.

My buddy bought a '51 like mine and I'm thinking I should sneak out there one night and polish a piece .

At least now you know it's going to shine like a mirror if you want.

Good luck...looks like a nice start

At least it's a Caravel and not a Sovereign!

Now you've gone and done it. If you do one side you could really confuse everyone. By the way my HF lasted about 100 hours. We have been using Windrex WITHOUT Ammonia to clean after puffing.
