New tongue layout

Tongue area redesigned. Power tongue jack replaced with manual jack. Disc brake power unit removed in advance of new and different unit. LPG Bottles to be located closer to body. Fibreglas cover removed and converter vent closed. Tow anti sway bars to be removed.
