Moonshine polish? You guys ever hear of this?
Check out this link. Sounds like a homemade version of nuvite..... Has anyone tried something similar?

If you search google, there are lots of aluminum polish recipes. Personally, I wouldn't be willing to try putting mineral spirits on a hot plate--in my house or out! Not that I'm against trying new stuff!
