meguiars polish

hello,

i am new to airstreams and this board. i have bought a 2003 19' bambi and know i should wax it spring and fall. my question is this, has anyone used "meguiars clear coat" polish before? any comments on using this polish?

the meguiars is easy for me to get.

thanks,

Welcome top our forums site!!
There are several threads here you can read about waxing and polishing-but as long as you are using a NON-ABRASIVE you should be fine. Meguirs Quick Detailer also works well to give a clean up to small areas. (try our search for polishing_)
I use Turtle wax liquid, and Armor all wash on mine, although i recently tried the new Rain-x wash and wax, which seemed to work well. How much actual wax it will put on the AS I don't really know.

If I had purchased a brand new Airsteam with the original owner warranty, I would maintain the exterior using the exact method that was in the owners manual. This way if any problems occur with the exterior finish, the warranty would cover it.

Just my $.02

I use Walbernize from AirstreamDreams.com. One quart will just do a 34' (but I had two just in case).
