Laser Polish the Airstream

Well its a stretch, but it is in our future, not too distant, to apply this method.



I saw a video of a guy stripping an old fireplace...iron, and getting right down to bare metal.

Could be a back saver ...

yeah... they're talking about oxide removal prior to welding. The thing that makes aluminum have a persistent and somewhat durable shine is the atoms-thick aluminum oxide coating that automatically forms on the surface when pure aluminum is exposed to air. You don't want to remove that if you can help it.
