Definitely saving this thread as I am also going to try this method.

Poezlaw what speed grinder did you use and where did you get the yellow pad?

Did you use the sandpaper?

a comment on Fastenal. The stores around Atlanta don't stock all the polish bars. I ordered a 3lb one from Caswell Plating it was 10 bucks.
