haze left after polishing

I started stripping my overlander yesterday
that was the easy part les than 3 hours for the whole trailor
I asked a pro paintshop for some real paint stripper
he have me some real good stripper just had to brush it on and used a high presusure cleaner to hose it of
but the problem is now that when I pollish with the electric flex there is a haze left it is not bright
only after I aply some pollish by hand the haze is gone and the result good enough for me
what am I dooing wrong that its not good with the flex
I don't like doing the whole trailor by hand
I already tryed softer and harder pads
the best result I got when I keep the pad a bit wet with water

The paint stripper has an ingredient (wax) in it to keep it from evaporating too fast. I believe that is what is causing what we call a "bloom" Try washing again with something like Dawn or Ivory dish detergent.

If you were a WBCCI member, you would have seen that there was an in depth article on how to polish your Airstream by Phred Sez. The article tells you how to get rid of the haze. The article was an interview of some one who is well versed in polishing techniques. He is a member of this forum.

It was the February edition.
