First Time Polisher

I getting ready to polish my 24' 64 Tradewind for the first time. The trailer was partially polished by the previous owner. Hopefully you can see from the pictures the the top 1/3 needs much more work the the bottom 2/3s. I am thinking that I need Nuvite F9 for the top 1/3 and then Grade A and Grade S for the whole trailer. I have a couple of questions. Are the F9, A, and S the right choices and if so how much to I need of each.

Your Trade Wind looks great. Make sure your trailer has all the clear lacquer stripped off. It almost looks like there is some still on it. I prefer to compound with F 7. It takes a little longer, but it produces a better result from my experience. Then I compound again with C, and cyclo with S. I find F 7 works well for my yearly cyclo polish. It cuts stains, but still leaves a pretty good finish. S doesn't do much. My trailer is an 86 and not AlClad aluminum, so it doesn't get as shinny anyways.

I have wondered about clear coat also. I am sure there is not any on the sides but might still be some on the top. There are some burned looking spots but I do not see any peeling. I will test it with striper. Thanks for the tip on F7. Polish is too expensive to buy more than is needed.

Also thanks for the compliment on the trailer. I have actually done a ton of work on it since those pictures. One of these days I will document it.
