Hi Stuart,
I plan on hitting the whole trailer again with SS to take out the swirl marks and to seal it. SS's label says it has a sealer in it so we'll see how well it works and for how long. Probably need to do a touch-up polish job every year or so. If that's all, I'll be really greatful

P.S. That is nice scaffolding Brad! Glad it worked for you too...

Looking good Brad
I still have the top to do and will be back at it in May. Safari Tim shamed me into doing the top, I was going to skip it since you can't really see up there.
I can send you a bottle of SS back if you still need it but I won't have access until mid May. I think you sent me 6 and I haven't used any of it yet, got to cold and I had to quit until warm weather showed back up.

Thanks for the offer Garry but a local friend came through for me. I'll be back at it tomorrow AM. Getting really close to finishing up. Still some of the rougher places yet to do and I'm motivated to get them done and this polishing over with. Then I can get onto the AC and awning.

Boy FF, your gonna outdue us all! That looks great.

And Garry, you know you want the top done so when your at a campground and go into your neighbors AS with the Skydeck, you can brag about how great the top of your trailer looks! ;-)

We're taking ours out next week for the first time since it's been polished. Should be fun.

That's the best part. So many people will come up to you and ask you questions or make coments. I like watching people as they pass you as they check out the trailer. Just make sure to keep an eye on the road.

Stuart,
That red car is a new Hyundai Elantra and yes that is a silver Dodge truck. Unfortunately they both belong to the neighbors. For a reflection of my vehicles, it would need to be from the curbside

Thumbs up Scaffolding...who needs scaffolding?!

Well, we picked up Max this weekend and went over to "ChromeHome's" House for a polishing party! The goal was to complete the roofs...here's how ~

Getting started...two work trucks, expandable planks & an Airstream...or two.

...the scaffolding set-up over Max...pretty apparent how high Rob could reach from the ground scaffolding...the strip down the center w/o clearcoat, but not yet polished.

Drive-thru service!

Tag-team polishing!

Next!

The partners in grime!

G R E A T idea Luke!

2 work trucks + 1-1/2 days + 2 compounders + 2 cyclos + 1 GlobeTrotter + 1 Caravel = two very tired guys!

But looking good for the birds!

Shari

Now that's the way to do it. Looking really good Wagon Mistress. Do you plan to be completely done for the Rocky Mountain VAC rally? It still looks a little chilly there.

Shari,
BTW, when we were out camping this weekend with the trailer, two different folks asked if our trailer was new. Makes ya feel real good
