Exterior Care

We have just obtained a '67 Globetrotter. the previous owner has had the exterior polished and after storing it outside (California) it has streaks down the sides that appear to be from excess dew running down the sides from damp mornings. Wiping with just a wet cloth has not worked or spray cleaner like Maguiars.

How to best get those off is my question. since the globetrotter has been polished, I am assuming the clearcoat is gone. What can I use? short of repolishing.
