I just finished an exterior restoration of my 93 Land Yacht a month ago. I used a technique that has been mentioned mucho on other forums. Its a product called Red Max Pro...step 3 Absolutely unbelievable. My compartments are metal. Now they are perfect too. Every decal looks freshly painted. I brought it in from a 400 mile trip yesterday. Rinsed it once with no more than a garden hose and nozzle. Everything, including bugs, disappeared immediately. A suggestion btw...apply rmp3 in a figure eight horizontal motion. If you didn't wring your sponge or microfibre rag out well enough, the circular motion will eliminate any runs. and best of all...never a black streak again. they wash off with pure

No waxing-no buffing. four coats to a very clean surface and you're done. For a MOHO you will need a ladder if do it yourself. I hired a couple of guys to do it. Took four hours and change. $15 for RMP. $60 for the labor. Unreal.
