Effective Use of Nuvite C ?

I have not had much success with Nuvite C, either compounding at 1800 rpm or Cyclo with fleece. It tends to leave significant swirl marks without making much progress on real polishing. F7 seems much more effective.

What is the best application of Nuvite C ?
