I've recently started a complete renovation of my '78 Airstream. Currently I'm getting it water tight. So far I've replaced the vents, all roof gaskets, put on a new AC, refurbished all the windows and gaskets and fixed my leaky Vista windows. I recently heard about a local company that does polishing extremely cheap. I was wondering, should I get the trailer polished now, so that I can fix any leaks that the polishing may cause around the seams? Or is that not really a concern?
Seal the seams after the polish. I learned the hard way.
