completed I & II Nuvite, Question for 3rd polish,

The trailer is looking great. I used the heavy grit Nuvite to cut 50 years of oxidation and I just finished with medium grade Nuvite, which has it looking really nice. Now do I wash it again for the third final A Nuvite? It rained last night and I have all kinds of water marks on the trailer.

Should I use a cyclone polisher or is it OK to use the Dewalt buffer I used to cut the oxidation with? I am putting on the fine Nuvite for a finished look
