1968 Safari needs a bath

our 1968 Safari just needs a bath but we're not sure what to use... didn't find an answer in previous threads... was also wondering if anyone has just given a good wash w/any natural products? She's got a decent shine... just needs some soap bubbles

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Treat 'er like you would a car. Automotive sponge, bucket & some Dawn dish detergent in water. Sunglasses and a beret.

On our 67 we used "Method" natural cleaner. It work good enough. Don't use anything abrasive.

What really worked good on the gel coat walls and ceiling was "Meguiars" cleaner wax and some elbow grease. Gives a long lasting shine. I did not use this on the shower floor.

Any good car wash detergent should work fine. I would not use Simple Green on aluminum. I used to own an airplane and there was lots of info about not using the regular formula on aircraft (aluminum aircraft). They make a Simple Green Aircraft formula, but I use any good car wash detergent on my 68 Trade Wind.
