1/2 full Nuvite Jar

Bought a small jar of Nuvite with some rivets and few other things.
At $18.00 I thought the jar would be more than 3/4 full.Is this normal?

Yes, the "full" jar is not filled to the brim...it's sold by weight, not volume.
