The table in our 2014 Flying Cloud wobbles in the brackets. It wobbles some horizontally, but mostly side to side in an up/down fashion. Any suggestions on adjustments to have it become stable? Should the L-brackets to the table be adjusted or the receiving bracket attached to the trailer under the front window? Or both? Thank you.
That was my case as well. If you take the table completely off the bracket, you'll see that the tabs attached to the table are splayed outward (from the table). This likely happened when someone folded the leg without removing the tabs from the brackets and let its full weight of the table bend the tabs outward. Take the brackets off, bend them back to the original right-angle shape and you s/b good to go.
BTW - two different AS dealers told me "that's just the way the tables are." The really good people at LazyDays in Tucson let me into a trailer fresh from the factory to inspect their brackets and tabs. Once back home, it's a 5 minute job at the vise. Problem solved.
Ice Man, thank you. The perfect fix and less than 5 minutes. I simply took the whole table outside, bounced it on the concrete until the brackets were vertical again. Oh, I know, I could have stripped the screws from the table, but I took my chances. Now the table is even more rock solid than when it was new in December. Thanks again.
