Why is my burner in galley separating from countertop?

My burner "platform" is separating from the countertop in one corner. Never saw this before but it's possible it came this way from the factory. Regardless, what do I do to fix it? Can it be taken apart from the top, or do I need to remove the fridge unit underneath and access it from the bottom? There's nothing loose or flexible -- everything is very rigid, and it doesn't appear warped -- just looks like something isn't seated properly. It's coming up about 1/8 to 1/4 inch above the countertop in one corner. Other corners are seated all the way down.

You got a screw loose I would guess. The cooker's mounting that is.

Looks like it's time to use some of that warrantee service!

Hi, on my trailer [different model] you lift the edge closest to you/aisle and slide a bit toward you to get to things underneath. The screw or pin that guides it into place may be off or missing.
