Where to start?

Hi all,
New here. In June bought a nice 66 Safari. Planning on taking out the inside stuff to redo the floor. My first question, of many, many to follow, is should I try to replace the solar domes first and seal the outside seams (it currently doesn't leak except around one window slightly) or should I start on the inside and work my way out? I only have a few months to do stuff before have to take it to storage unless I can convince the village otherwise.
