It appears you have accomplished a lot. I like the fold out table and think they are very useful. I just installed one in my 66 Trade Wind. I robbed it from our 86 as it has a dinette and we weren't using the fold out table. I wanted the table on the street side instead of on the curbside in front of the door. I'll use that space for storing folding chairs.

Where do I begin?

I got the Goucho and foldout table on Craigslist out of a 73. It has been quite a journey. Let me say thank you to all the people on this forum who give advice and encouragement. I have a good understanding of why vintage trailer owners are so proud of there Airstreams. It is because of the ongoing and monumental amount of work it takes to keep these old girls on the road and under the stars. I applaud you all.

So let me tell you all about another little addition I made. I really wanted some outdoor patio speakers to go with my new awning. So I found these drive in theater speaker housings on eBay. they match our trailers perfect. I put a 1/4 Jack in the window sill. hooked it up with a guitar cord split in 2 looks pretty good I think and I didn't even need to punch any holes in the side of my trailer.
