Wheel Trim
I have a 1971 Overlander International - I am looking for the wheel trim for each side. Also the little trim piece that attaches to each end of the long piece.

Those items have been obsolete for years.
You can, if you wish, upgrade the trailer by using the wheel well moldings that Airstream switched to in 1974, and still uses them today.

Where can I go to look at it - anything is better than what I have (nothing - not even rivets)

You can look at the wheel well moldings on any Airstream that's a 1974 or newer.
That same molding is used on current models.
There are 2 moldings that are riveted together. They are called an "inner" and "outer" wheel well molding.
They are available for single, tandem and tri-axle trailers.

thanks Andy - But 2 things - I am out here in southeastern Oklahoma and I have the only Airstream (that I know of) so I cannot look at a 74 or newer - a pic would work wonders and 2 - how much are they.

This is what the 2 piece wheel well molding looks like on the 74 and newer trailers.
We are not allowed to quote any prices on parts that we sell.

wheel well moldings.
The wheel well molding is made by Airstream, and is custom bent. There is an inner and outer molding that is required.
Parts stocking dealers would most likely have them.
I know of no after market substitute, that will look nice as well as beef up the strength of the aluminum side sheet.
They are not that expensive, unless they are shipped. They weigh very little, but because of their size, they must be in a huge box.
Best thing to do, if you wish to save a ton on shipping, is find a dealer that has them that's close to you, and pick them up yourself.
