What part(s) CAN'T You find for your vintage trailer

So, I'm wondering what parts you cannot get for your vintage trailer. I for one, cannot find a "Globe Trotter" name plaque, and I'm not the only one apparently (see http://www.airforums.com/forums/f44/...ue-102569.html).

VTS has reproduced some items and forum members have had items reproduced themselves locally. There's a shop here in town who says they can make the nameplate i'm looking for, and they said they have done quite a bit of repro stuff for local classic car enthusiasts. They would love to get the work and I'd love to test the waters by trying to have my nameplate recreated. One item i really wanted was brad's continental kit.

Do you have items that you simply cannot find but need? What are they? Post pics if possible.

1) Bargman L-100 locksets that aren't either: worn out from use, or poor quality late-production ones (after the tooling was too worn out)

2) Cranks for Hehr windows

3) Interior plastic pieces for Insta-matic fridge

4) Propane compartment door

There is a little bit of new old stock out there if you beat the bushes enough and that's what I have, but it's all from the last production run that was done in China from runout tooling.

They were never well made even back in the day but they weren't this bad.

I believe that VTS is selling reconditioned ones because there isn't much old stock left.

Sometimes the L-100 is the most valuable part on a scrap trailer being parted out.
