What do I replace?

Hey I just bought a 1985 25' sovereign. And don't know to what extend I should go replacing stuff. Here's my list.

Axles? It has decent tires and they seem fine
It's got a new fridge
New water pump
New hot water heater
New electronic jack

I got the belly off and it has a couple rotten spots and some rust I'm thinking patch the floor wire wheel or sandblast the frame and por 15

Then I won't put in a new belly cuz I don't see the point ill put in sheet metal over the floor in between the frame and caulk and paint.
Clean up the stabilizer jacks and spare tire rack and put it back on.
Ill buy new batteries propane tanks and maybe update some old lines

I have a sway bar system but no weightbdistribution but I think I'm just gonna stick with that.

Then completely redo the interior. And maybe replace the shower pan or paint.
?

Would love some advice

That's a good list! You may find as you start into any of those projects you may want/need to do additional work. (Rarely less!)

Welcome to the forums!

rule of thumb, first and last

First, Tires (seem to be fine won't cut it ) trailer tires don't wear much. Now you are supposed to change tires every four years. You don't want a blow out.
While you are getting tires, get new bearings and check brakes.

Last....curtains and upolstery
