Warranty Work

During a trip this week, my cabinet that holds the microwave opened and the microwave crashed to the floor, destroying the microwave and damaging the floor. In addition' the table leg's foot broke (again). And, the (faux) stainless steel front of my refrigerator popped out. I have about 6 weeks left on my 2 year warranty. I have several items that need to be repaired/replaced. I have very little confidence with the dealers that I have dealt with since purchasing my 2015 27' FB International. I live in the Houston area. I am willing to drive quite a ways to get my issues resolved. Does anyone have a recommendation for service? Does JC provide warranty service? Thanks!!!

Sounds like a quick road trip to Ohio is in order.
Give them a call and make an appointment.

Sorry to hear this - yes, JC does warranty work. You should call and email ASAP so they have it on record before your warranty expires. Even if you don't schedule the trip for months, if they know now, they'll assess it. In my experience, they're the best. It's a 2-day trip for me (I won't drive all the way through in a day from CT) but absolutely worth it.

Good luck!

We just had a GREAT Warranty experience at Jackson Center ! This is after a very disappointing Warranty experience at North Trail RV in Ft. Myers, FL. North Trail had my '17 Flying Cloud 26U for over a month to repair / replace a brake and hub problem. The tech sent us on our way with a stripped lug bolt on the hub and couldn't even fold out the entry step. Anyhow, back to the great experience at JC. I emailed Brad Herring in Service about the toilet / macerator having a leak and odor and noise problem. He made room for us to get repairs during the short work week before Easter. Upon the tech at JC asking of all the problems I told him how the toilet leak appeared and the stripped lug bolt. His name is Brent. By 1:30 pm of the service day he had us ready to roll with a new toilet and lug bolt. As well as an adjustment on the water pump. We were very happy with this service !!! Kudos to the JC service department !!
