Just wanted to say they have great cusomer service. I had an order for many items. They accidently gave me Trempro 644 instead of Parbond. I called and they are sending me the Parbond today and told me to keep the 644. Nice service. Now, what can I do with Trempro 644 silicone?

They are even better than that! When I had an issue with a damaged in shipping from the manufacturer they stayed right on it. Atwood doesn't know how to pack their water heaters, to my liking anyway. They were slow to correct it but VTS did great in solving the issue.

I wish all outfits were like them. Steve, Zack, and Matt have all been wonderful.

I've worked with Steve & the gang at VTS for many years doing product development, & of course like the rest of us, buying lots of "stuff" that gets included on all of the restoration work we do here. Steve bends over backwards to make sure each product is absolutely perfect before releasing it. He upgrades the material choices, so the durability & functionality is far better than original. Their customer service & professionalism in this Industry is unparalleled. It's nice to see that others recognize that too.

I have only good things to say about them as well. I don't even bother to shop around anymore if vts has what I need, prices are fair and shipping is affordable, and the products are good quality. I wish every Supplier was this reliable and easy to deal with!

I agree with all of these comments! I worked with Steve at VTS to develop a black tank for our Caravel that will work for mid 60's Caravels and Globetrotters. It turned out great and the price is the best deal available anywhere. If it wasn't for Vintage Trailer Supply, it sure would be hard to find some of these parts, especially at reasonable prices! I keep placing orders every few weeks!
