On the roof this week cleaning and sealing. There are three vent stack penetrations that have a pot metal collar and the black pipe protruding above. Is this the original configuration? We have gutted the trailer and removed the black pipe currently. When you looked down onto this hole the pot metal housing is on top of the shell and on the inside of the housing is a black rubber donut. I cannot locate a replacement rubber gasket like this. Any help is appreciated.

If it were me I would go to a local commercial industrial roofing company and ask if they had a scrap of EPDM rubber (or any other similar) sheet left over from one of their projects. Or go to a tire shop for a scrap of an old inner tube. (sheet roofing will last 20+ years exposed to direct sunlight. Rubber tube a year or two) Cut it slightly larger than the perimeter of the metal cap then cut a 1" or smaller hole in the rubber directly over the pipe so it will vent. Caulk the perimeter of the metal/rubber except leave a small weep on the low side so water can escape. Any rain water that would go down the vent pipe would not be an issue. Any water that went inside the metal cap on top of the rubber would weep out.
Another option would be PM Inland Andy. I've seen several post he has made about replacing these gaskets, so he probably has them in stock. I looked but could not find them sold individually on his website or ODM.
I tried to replace mine with rubber gasket material I bought at the hardware store. It did not last long at all (less than a year) before hardening and cracking. I then bought some "factory" replacements from Out of Doors Mart, but haven't installed them yet.
Thanks so much for the suggestions and the link - but I'm a bit confused. These gaskets or inner tubes are flat. The one in mine looks fat like a round donut. Am I missing something here? This is a picture of mine. Not very good. It's soooo sunny it's hard to see this iPad. Valarie
