Vendor List & Information list-pass it on!

Airstreamers:

I am looking for vendors and information. I would like to get everyone who does not have a financial interest to add their favorite link to where they have found needed accessories and information. I have over spent and been ill advised-not uncommon for me. My laundry list is long and funds are tight, but I am committed and currently Full-Timing in my AS. If I can avoid mistakes, maybe others can as well. Please add your vendor, info link or Blog site and pass it around. Here is what I have so far:

1. Inland RV
2. Vintage Trailer Supply
3. Odmrv.com
4. Ebay
5.

I know that there is so much buried in this site-some of it current, some of it no longer valid. If anyone reading this post could add their favorite location for parts or service, I think it might be of help to us new to the forum. It seems almost every day I am stumbling upon something in my search for parts and information

Do not use Berning trailers of Ft Wayne Indiana.
It's been 3 years and I'm still fuming.

Have you tried www.outofdoorsmart.com. I think they are in North Carolina. They are an old Airstream dealer and if they don't have the part they can get it from Airstream.

Good Luck

Add to your list of highly reputable vintage repair facilities Area63 Productions in Orange, CA and Colin Hyde Restorations in Plattsburgh, NY. Now the SW and NE corners of the country are covered. Both of these gentlemen do fantastic work. Look them up on the web and you'll see for yourself. They will also work on newer models but specialize in vintage.

Just a heads up. You have bad links for Tweetys.com - RV Parts & Accessories - 5th Wheel Hitches, RV Parts and Accessories and Vintage Trailer Supply - Vintage travel trailer parts and supplies!. The link for Airstream Trailer restoration and repair experts, GSM. does not work at all.

Lee,
Don't know why "gsmvehicles.com" doesnt work? Browser finds it, but here in the post it isn't redirecting? Too much aluminum project overload! Maybe they are working on it-It is a great site and I believe fairly new although it appears they are old pros at restorations. Current list-

1. www.inlandrv.com
2. www.vintagetrailersupply.com
3. www.outofdoorsmart.com
4. www.Ebay.com
5. www.tweetys.com
6. www.rvupgradesstore.com
7. www.pacificrvparts.com
8. www.area63productions.com
9. www.gsmvehicles.com

Because that is considered a vendor dispute, and vendor disputes are not allowed on the forums.
