I used EPDM roofing material for the gasket with just a small bit of sealant around base of the metal piece AND under the gasket. Belt and suspenders if you will. I have access to a whole gamut of single ply roofing materials, next go around I might try one of the PVC sheet goods, some are warranted for over 30 years.

With a massive downpour yesterday the leak was still there. I'm going to focus back on the stove vent. This time I will take it apart and reseal. The hard part is removing the piece that pushes the flap open.

Here was my temporary fix. Not having the leak was worth more than having a vent fan. You can always change you mind and add back leaks later if you removed too many.

Vent sealed, Vent pipe sealed, still leaking at the same rate. Will work on taking air conditioner cover apart next. If it still leaks then I give up and invest in more buckets

Look at rivets on both sides of the door.

It's not leaking at the entrance door. If you look at the picture I posted at first, it's right over the stove which led me to think it to be the stove vent, grey water vent pipe, or air conditioner. These three things line up right above this area.
I'm getting an air conditioner cover tomorrow and see if the leak stops. Hopefully this should tell me if it's the AC or not.

I would expect that if it was an AC problem that you would also be getting leakage from the vent where the AC is installed. Also the way Airstreams are made you can have a leak 6 ft away from where you think it is coming from. Your leak could be coming from the second roof vent for the toilet as well. Is yours center bath or rear bath?

Another place folks screw up is that little light housing over the door. It does not need any caulk as long as the screw heads are sealed and the door frame area is sealed.
