I would expect that if it was an AC problem that you would also be getting leakage from the vent where the AC is installed. Also the way Airstreams are made you can have a leak 6 ft away from where you think it is coming from. Your leak could be coming from the second roof vent for the toilet as well. Is yours center bath or rear bath?

Another place folks screw up is that little light housing over the door. It does not need any caulk as long as the screw heads are sealed and the door frame area is sealed.
