TV antenna

My tv antenna won' t raise. There are no obstructions. I want to replace the antenna with a better one. My question is. Do I have to buy the handle, worm gear and lifting gear separately?

I am currently looking for an entirely new unit,as my antenna is damaged, and the drive gear is gone. If I find one,I'll let you know.
