it is 'approved' by Boeing, Airbus.... not sure that is a 'good thing' =) may not be too bad.

Will they guarantee no filiform?

They have a warranty, but haven't seen the fine print yet. Waiting for the dealer to get back to me. Ive also heard of another product called tough guard. They say they apply it to Rv's and one would think that if its good for Airstreams they would market it to us. I would put a big picture of a beautiful airstream on their RV marketing page, but nope they are pics of motorhomes. So maybe it isn't meant for our aluminum rigs?

I don't know if that stuff will help... Others may tell you better than me... but, here is my concern.

The cutting, handling and riveting of the metal seems to be here the 'filiform' gets it's start. The next thing is movement of the metal and rivets as the AS flexes going down the road.. The Trident chemical can't get under the rivets to protect from that as far as I can tell. Maybe they can... since they are approved by Boeing... How long before you get the 'fine print'? Price? Warranty process? Do you have to reapply regularly to maintain the warranty?

Thumbs up

How much are they charging? If it sounds to good to be true......

Save your money do it yourself.

Just what I do, apply once a year, it shines well, lasts and makes washing much easier, it protects but won't stop the filiform. In my experience nothing has stopped it on Airstream panels.
A consistent maintenance program is the best way to control the corrosion, no matter the product used.
Our new areas of corrosion slowed dramatically after about three seasons, as of last Fall no new areas.

It helps to know...what your dealing with.

Do the google try to get thru it anyway.

Others may disagree but it werks for me
