To buy or not to buy, need input

Hi streamers,

After selling 2 vintage trailers, I'm looking at something newer. I need input on possibly buying a trailer that has been lived in versus considerably more money for one that was barely used. I know there are lots of variables. But aside from how clean a certain individual is, what concerns do I have on a trailer that is being lived in??
