Yes. My rain sensing fan lids on my 04 ccd were sticking closed due to sticky seals. I tried silicon spray but still would stick. Called FF, spoke to a tech, they are sending out new seals and no cost.
Pretty damn fantastic.

Fantastic service to me. One of the plastic wheels that allow you to manually raise the cover is cracked. I called them up and explained and they immediately sent me a replacement plus some other goodies.
I am astounded at their approach and service. I would never, ever consider another vent. I am now even a more loyal customer. On top of the service, the product works extremely well and is high quality.

Fans now working!
Finally got around to installing the parts Fantastic Fan sent me at no charge, had a question about wiring the speed switch, called them, and got an instant answer. Both fans now working! Called the Ventline people for a broken handle and a gasket(it's leaking) for my bathroom fan and they seemed annoyed when I didn't have the part number. I described the fan but that wasn't good enough. So far not happy with them.

Yep, they could teach a course in customer satisfaction.

I just did an uninstall, clean up and reinstall of a FF on my 05 CCD. I guess you have to do that occasionally to if it leaks. Anyway everything went well right up until I tried to turn the fan on after the reinstall. Now the fan doesn't turn on... How do I contact FF?

I have the same glowing report for FF - I wanted to replace the on/off switch with the reverse switch - Bob gave me the phone number of where to order the switches ($25 each), when they came, he talked me through the installation.
As well, one of my trim rings was cracked - due to the tech trying to make a straight trim ring curve - Bob sent me two new ones with curves especially for Airstream roofs! I did have to pay shipping but you lucky owners who have units after 2008 get free shipping!

I have two FF in my '03 Classic and the only problem I ever had was with the front one. It motor would not shut off with the cover completly closed. I took the fan all apart and found that the pin that holds the crank to the shaft, that lifts or closes the cover, has fallen out. I put it back in and it works just great.
I love these fans and would not hesitate to replace the current with new Fantastic Fans, if the need ever arrives.

I'm going to try Camco RV Vent Covers on our fans this camping season. I'm hoping these inexpensive things will help temper interior temps.
