Supplier in Utah

Has anyone purchased parts from the Airstream Dealer in Salt Lake City? I sent an order on the 19th of April, and have heard nothing from them, other than an order confirmation number. An email was sent to them yesterday requesting information on the status of the order, but no reply! Very dissapointed in their service compared to the suppliers in California and North Carolina! I am trying to be somewhat discrete and not mentioning any names. Am I the only one having a bad experience with this company? Waiting and waiting!! Chris

I have dealt with them without issue on two occasions, once in person and once over the phone for brakes to be shipped to our AS location in Southern Utah. My suggestion would be to call and see if you can get a better response. They are fairly new...

Having a similar experience now. Placed an order on 4/27, got an e-mail confirmation, 5 days later I logged back in to check on order status. Status said order printed, not sure what that means. Sent them an e-mail asking on an estimated ship date, just trying to get an idea. Heard nothing back. Called the number on their website, just get a call can not be completed message every time. Unfortunately they have some things I haven't been able to find elsewhere, so I'm hoping this works out.
I found them from a contest they had here on the forums for a drawing, hope they get things together because they looked promising and like I said had things I couldn't find elsewhere.
Card hasn't been charged yet either. Fingers crossed.

I paid with PayPal, and it has gone through already. If I get no responce by tomorrow, I will contact PayPay and reverse the transaction. I can get the items from Outofdoors mart, and they will be here in 4 days. They keep you informed and when you email them you have a reply in minutes normally. If things are backordered, they inform you and ship everything else. They have customer service second to none!!! Chris

Just got off the phone with Airstream Supply, they are waiting on a few parts from AS to get to them before they ship my order out. They said they were getting ready to send a partial shipment. Told them just to wait until they got all the parts, would be fine with me, don't need any right this second. Glad to know that things are moving along. Communications could have been a little better, but once I got them on the phone it was good.
Anyone looking for replacement (because theirs are old cracked and brittle) close out trim pieces that go over the a-frame where it penetrates the belly, they've got them, as well as the plastic interior window trim pieces for the wing windows.

I would let them know about the communication issue- maybe they don't realize it almost gave them a lot of bad press.

Just got off phone with a person in parts. Told me they were waiting for parts from AS and would be another week. Expressed my displeasure of no replys to 3 emails sent to them. Guess it will be more than a month before I get my order. Communication to customers is VERY important, and they don't seem to realze that. Will have to think long and hard before dealing there again. Chris

They just called me, and the items that are being sent from AS are now going to be sent direct to me. They are trying to right the problem and I appreciate that. I believe that they have learned from this situation. Chris
