Sulphur Gas Smell

We set up camp at a location in GA. Everything was fine, but now there is an obnoxious and thick smell of Sulphur or rotten eggs....I am assuming its the campground, the water system or the sewer...but I want to make sure it has nothing to do with the Trailer (FC 25" 2017). Anyone have a guess. All systems seem to be working fine.

Do you drain your water heater after camping/before you store the trailer? This is a pretty common issue if there is “old” water in the water heater.

Check your batteries to make sure they aren't boiling.

Yep, you got a battery burning up. Don’t ask me how I know

Battery is most likely bad. Do not leave it, since it can explode if it is continuously charged and internally shorted.
If it is leaking acid, remove the battery then flush the box with water then use a product to neutralize the acid.
Battery acid can be neutralized with baking soda, but it will leave a paste that will conduct electricity and will not totally wash away. So get a battery cleaning/neutralizing product to clean the cables and connectors that get acid on the surfaces.

I had the egg smell a couple of weeks ago. Both batteries were bad in my 2018 Cloud. Contact your dealer and see if they're still under warranty. If so, you can get them replaced wherever that brand is sold. I applied the credit to two Fallriver DC105-12 AGM sealed batteries (it was a very tight fit so I slightly modified the battery box).

WEAR EYE PROTECTION
KEEP YOUR FIRE EXTINGUISHER HANDY (the fumes can be flammable)

I agree. That smell is usually from a badly overcharged battery.

Check them and add water to them. Keep the outside door open if yours has them. Be careful not to create sparks. Batteries can and have exploded. There are other things than can smell but you need to rule this out before things go boom.

You have a shorted cell. Been there done that. Pull both batteries and take them to your nearest Interstate dealer. They will check all the cells and they will replace bad batteries under warranty.
