suburban furnace printed circuit board 521099

I am replacing the circuit board in my 1979 furnace with the only replacement board 521099. The new board has a fan double connection on it my old board does not. So do I just need to wire in a switch to make board work? The board came with no manual and I cant seem to find a wire diagrams. Thanks
