Storage door lock

Any suggestions on how to replace the external storage door lock on a 25FB Flying Cloud. It is broken in the closed and locked position! The key goes into the lock but it will not turn. I have tried WD40 in the hope that the tumblers would loosen up but to no avail.

If the compartment is accessible from the inside of the trailer, perhaps you can disassemble the lock and remove it.

Before brute force, try some graphite spray made for locks.
Does it feel like it's broken or stuck? The fact the key goes in makes me think it's stuck.
Have you tried gentle pressure on the hatch both in and out?
