Stick with Rope Attached?

Both of the AS we have purchased have a stick (about 3 foot) with a loop of rope attached to it. What are these for?
Thanks,
Kevin

Awning puller?
Hitching alignment tool?
Retrieval tool for stabilizer pads?
Tire thumper?
I agree with wahoonc - send a photo please!

Awning puller downer? Cat herding?

There is a little old lady in our town with a big pickup who has a wooden box with a rope. The box is to stand on to get in and out of her truck. The rope is to pull the box in after her.

Does the rope loop fit around a slinky?

It would be nice to have a guide stick to hold the end of the slinky in the hole when you dump.

Maybe it goes in the slinky to move clogs. If that's what it's for, I don't think I'd handle it, use the rope...

look around, if you see a large feather somewhere on the floor, it's a cat toy for a bengal tiger.

Wildlife removal tool

It’s for getting porcupines out of the tow vehicle engine bay.

I had mine standing in the closet for 6 months before I found the use for it.

Works great.

it's ALWAYS about bubbles...

hi kevin

it has taken me awhile to complete the investigation of your find,

there have been so many custom options offered in 'streams...

but it is absolutely ONE of TWO or THREE things...

1. i created a prototype safety device in jan/08 for folks trapped in the shower, that need to break out...

but also care about hygiene...

Name:	fireaxe_soap_on_a_rope.jpg
Views:	138
Size:	101.2 KB
ID:	88811

so smell the rope and if there is a whiff of lavender or lemon grass...

please send it BACK to me 4 a refill of the ducky part and a new axehead, the bubbles are free.

(there is a LONG thread here about the origins of this invention, BONUS points for ne1 who can FIND it...)

2. when conventional travel by 'stream on the ground is TOO slow,

or ya just need to make a quick trip 2 town for groceries...

but primarily to make a RAPID ESCAPE from wb' events (note the nametags)

we devised a personalized bubble tube for teleportation pictured here...

now again the prototype needed some modification, this rigid loop didn't fit ALL sizes and shapes...

Size:	166.7 KB
ID:	88808

so the rope allows for any size streamer to BEAM UP.

regardless PLEASE return yours for service, the battery needs replaced,

and we cannot guarantee WHERE it will teleport the user without updates.

3. occasionally at gatherings of the MSSS (most secret streamer society) we make bubbles....

large, irregular bubbles.

we've been looking for the bubble wand, it's been missing since the last drunkn'debacle (the soap was spiked)

we cannot hold the annual meeting WITHOUT it, so again please return it post haste.

recently there's been a rash of 'whut iz et' threads,

which reminded me of THIS old one.

the thread goes back so far, it predates zep's name change from 3is'...

http://www.airforums.com/forums/f311...his-21132.html

as you can see from the varied replies, it ALWAYS helps to add a pic of the mystery item....

but the answers always involve bubbles.

yours truly the speculator...

cheers

Note to file.. next time post a picture with your question (gives us less opportunity to harrass you)

That hole in Cooperhawk's dashboard is to store his stick with rope attached. I am sure 2air posted that link to see if anyone could figure it out. You really should return Cooperhawk's stick.
