Sliding door to center bathroom stuck

We have a 25' '86 sovereign with center bath. The bathroom sliding door is stuck in the open position, allowing us to get into the bathroom. We can not close bathroom sliding door. It seems to be immobile. We were scraping off shower wall paper for painting purposes and my wife removed the sliding door support screws in the shower wall so she could get at the wallpaper. We reattached the screws but no luck on the sliding door. What did we do and how do we correct it?
Thanks in advance
Steve

Steve,
Did you try removing the screws that you previously removed from the bathroom wall? Maybe one of them went back in the wrong place. If you can slide the door to the closed position and then remove it from the hangers you can take a light and shine it into the area where the door was. Reinstall the screws and see if they are somehow interfering with door movement. Removing the door on my '02 Classic only required a twist of the plastic locking mechanisms on the door top hanger when the door was in closed position.

Bathroom sliding door wont close

Dan
Thanks for the suggestion. Will remove screws and try again Our problem is that we can't close the door. The door seems locked in the open (we casnget in the center bathroom) but we can't seem to get it closed. I thought I could avoid taking the door off the support track.

Removed the screws and it turned out that the sliding door was locked when we retightened the screws. The far right screw locked the sliding door in and served to keep it immobile. I unscrewed the screws and the sliding door was freed to move again. Simple solution. I again, am feeling humble.....

Since I have that same year and model, I will park this in the back of my mind for future use.
