Slider adjustment inside refrigerator

Does anyone know how to adjust the thermistor slider inside the refrigerator? I know it changes the temperature differential between the freezer and the box. My freezer is just right but the box is much too warm. The answer has been posted in the past but I cant seem to find it.

However, if you utilize an internal fan, inside the fridge, this changes things dramatically due to airflow inside the fridge. Feel free to experiment. My thermistor is removed from the fins and is as far away from it as possible to match my airflow and get as even cooling throughout the box as possible.
